15 Months

Our pretty little girl is now a big 15-month-old! In the past month, she has picked up some new words (hi, bye, mama, daddy, papa, poo--one of her favorites!, aaaayyy--for Eamon, and a few others she uses here and there) and is so much more of a presence than ever before. She wants to be part of the scene, whether it's toddling around the playground, chasing Eamon around the house (or vice-versa), or dancing in her car seat. No more sitting in her stroller while the world passes her by...which is tougher on me, but at the same time, it's fun to watch her personality develop.

She is doing excellent in the sleep department and is enjoying lots of new foods. She especially loves Choboni yogurt and raisins...and carbs. The picky thing has yet to kick in (maybe it won't), so she will at least sample everything we put in front of her. As you can see from the above photo, her big ol' belly is just getting bigger...so cute. Oh, her hair is also growing like mad and the curls have arrived. The back of her head is full of loose ringlets I just love to twirl around. Almost long enough for an actual ponytail! Hooray for little girls...
